PT Sumatra Unggul has successfully completed the 'Package II. Tidal Swamp Network Rehabilitation, Delta Sugihan Kanan P.23 & P.25 (2,816 Ha), Area A, OKI' works located in OKI Regency. This project is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting infrastructure development and industrial sector growth across South Sumatra. During execution, our field team faced geographic challenges such as tidal swamp soil conditions and extreme weather. By applying integrated heavy equipment supply-chain management and strict HSE supervision, the works were completed on schedule and to the technical specifications required by BBWS Sumatera VIII SNVT Pelaksana Pengelolaan SDA Sumatera VIII Prov. Sumsel.

1. Mobilization and demobilization of heavy equipment units (excavators, dozers, dump trucks). 2. Dredging, filling, and land maturation works. 3. Structural quality supervision and periodic field strength testing.
